DECKS AND PATIOSfor Sanibel.
We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and paver patios for homes in Sanibel, Florida. We work out of Fort Myers across Sanibel and the rest of Lee County, and the owner is on the job site rather than only on the quote.
Every Sanibel job starts with a visit to the yard and ends with a walkthrough. In between you get a design, a written price and a start date, and a week to change your mind before framing begins.

BUILDING INSanibel.
Does Grain & Co. build decks on Sanibel?
Yes. Sanibel is inside the Lee County area we work across, and decks, railings and covered patios are all available there.
Does Grain & Co. handle permit drawings on Sanibel?
Yes. A deck, a railing and a roofed structure all have to be built to the code that applies and shown on drawings, and we handle the drawings as part of the job.
Can Grain & Co. rebuild a deck on Sanibel rather than build a new one?
Yes, and what the existing frame is like decides how much of it stays. We look at the framing, the posts and the footings first, and tell you plainly which parts are worth keeping.
Is there a call-out charge for a Sanibel quote?
No. We price a job after seeing it, and the visit and the written price cost nothing. Financing is available if you would rather start on monthly payments.
